A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

The ideal candidate for this part-time position will have a minimum of 1 year as a line cook, a team-focused attitude, and the availability to work a varied/flexible schedule. Hotel and banquet experience is a plus!

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders, ensuring knowledge of menu items, stocking food stations, inspecting food sent from the kitchen, practicing food handling and storage procedures, and preparing requisitions for supplies.
