UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a full-time Cook for the Food and Nutrition department. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals for the cafeteria, patient trays, and special events and function as grill cook and in cold food areas.
The role emphasizes adherence to recipes, safety, sanitation, and hospital policies. Prior food service experience and ServSafe certification within 6 months are preferred; shift is rotating, with weekday and weekend coverage.
