Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a full-time kitchen team member for shifts across days with flexible availability.

The role focuses on preparing and garnishing meals, maintaining clean work areas, and delivering the Radisson Blu experience in hospitality at our properties. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction through quality food presentation, adhering to safety standards, and supporting management with daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.
• Knowledge of food and beverage prep, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and garnishes all food orders according to menu specifications under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager.
• Organizes and maintains work areas, coolers, and storage areas.
• Serves food that is safe to eat, fresh and visually appealing.
• Cleans and sanitizes work station according to cleaning schedule.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson Blu experience through genuine hospitality.
• Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age, or older
• Must be able speak,readand understand basic cooking directions
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Must have excellent attendance and reliability

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, occasionally stoop or crawl
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull up to 150 pounds
• Good manual dexterity for the use of common office and kitchen equipment
