Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Cook I to work in all aspects of the Culinary Operations, including off-premises locations, under the leadership of the management team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in high-volume catering or a Culinary Arts degree, possess knife skills, and demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

• Culinary Arts Degree or 3–5 years' experience in multi-purpose, high-volume catering operation.
• Proven knife skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
• Finish work assignments in a timely manner.
• Assist Culinary Leadership in preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Supervise temporary labor staff as needed.
