Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking cooks for a Full Scratch Kitchen at Oakmont of Camarillo. You will prepare meals for residents and guests in a modern, resident-focused environment, applying high quality standards and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line
• Experience on a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff

• Cook on a fast-paced line with timely dish execution
• Prepare and plate dishes for residents and guests
• Maintain friendly, clear communication with staff
• Follow health and safety guidelines including background checks and TB tests

What We Request

• Line cook experience in a "Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant"
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
