Job summary

HipBurger is hiring a Team Member to be the engine behind burger magic. You will greet guests, help in the kitchen, and keep the dining area welcoming and energetic.

We train you on all stations and offer flexible schedules, free meals on shift, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle a fast-paced (but fun) environment.

• Serve up smiles and tasty vibes at the counter, drive-thru, or dining room.
• Rock out in the kitchen—grilling, frying, building burgers.
• Keep things clean, safe, and stocked.

• Communicate and collaborate with your squad.
• Jump in wherever needed—you;re a team player all day, every day.
