• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking methods.
• Ensure food quality and maintain quantity throughout the service period.
• Maintain proper line presentation and serving temperatures.
• Communicate with line servers about food items daily.
• Complete daily production sheets.
