Job Description

Salary: $18.25 - $19.90 per hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full Time

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality food following recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory, ensuring timely procurement, proper storage, and inventory maintenance.

Qualifications

To succeed, you should have:

• At least two years of experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well with team members.
• Self-motivation, organization, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Strong customer service skills.
