• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food using standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
2. Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation; taste all food items.
3. Follow ticket collection procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
7. Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings.
8. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
9. Follow safety standards and company policies, including proper use of protective equipment.
