Job summary

Ivy Park at Laguna Creek, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking cooks for a full scratch kitchen in Elk Grove, CA. The role features a day-shift schedule from Thursday through Monday, paying $17.00–$17.25 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

We value culinary rock stars who love to learn, interact with residents, and contribute to a collaborative, forward‑focused team. Health checks and PPE may be required to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years on a fast-paced line or prep cook station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Friendly demeanor when communicating with staff and residents.
• Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screenings (TB tests).
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
