Briarwood Village is seeking a Cook to prepare meals per daily menu and diet specifications, ensuring successful meal service operations. Responsibilities include assisting in meal prep, checking tray tickets, and maintaining cleanliness and safety of dishes and equipment.
Ideal candidates read and follow instructions, have a high school diploma, and may hold ServSafe or Ohio Level II Food Protection certifications. Training offered for those without experience.
Prepares meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications in order to ensure successful completion of daily meal service operations.
Position Responsibilities for a Cook:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions. A high school diploma is preferred. ServSafe Certification recommended, or for Ohio only, Ohio Department of Health Level II Certification in Food Protection.
