Briarwood Village is seeking a Cook to assist in meal preparation according to daily menus and diet specifications. You will verify tray tickets, wash and sanitize dishware, and ensure all equipment is cleaned and operated safely.

We value compassionate team players who are dependable and service-minded, ready to contribute to resident care and meal service quality. Training is available for those new to the role.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred.
• ServSafe Certification recommended; Ohio Department of Health Level II Certification in Food Protection for Ohio.
• Experience in similar roles preferred; training will be provided.

Prepares meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications in order to ensure successful completion of daily meal service operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions. A high school diploma is preferred. ServSafe Certification recommended, or for Ohio only, Ohio Department of Health Level II Certification in Food Protection.
