Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for a kitchen team member to prepare and cook items per recipes and menu specs. You will follow strict food safety standards, control portions and presentations, and collaborate with the kitchen crew to ensure timely order execution.

Maintain cleanliness, support inventory tasks, and embody Topgolf’s values in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards. Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment. Assist in food inventory management as needed. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment. Excellent communication and time management skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
