• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies; operates kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Keeps records from area worked during service periods and follows safe handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to company policies.
