Job summary

Kids Korner in Dallas Center, IA is seeking a responsible and caring Cook to prepare meals for children at the center. The role requires enjoying interactions with young children and occasional time with School Age children at day’s end.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions at Dallas Center and Adel locations. Typical schedule is weekdays with options for five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, finishing by 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience (Preferred).
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred).
• US work authorization (Preferred).

Kids Korner is looking for responsible, motivated, and caring individuals who are excited to cook the meals for our children at the center. This position will require the individual to enjoy working with young children as at the end of their day they will be working with School Age children for a short time. We put kids first and emphasize creating a fun learning environment for the kids. We are looking to fill full-time and part-time positions at our Dallas Center & Adel locations.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. Staff able to work five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days depending on current schedule needs. Will not work later than 5:30pm on any given day.

Salary:

Competitive rates starting at $15 an hour and adjusted according to experience and education.
