Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team at Elmhurst Hospital.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00am to 8:30pm, alternating weekends and rotating holidays.

You will prepare requested menu items for patients, cafeteria, and catered events while maintaining strict sanitation and food safety standards. Experience in institutional cooking and a Food Handler certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years cooking experience in an institutional setting.
• Certification: Food Handler Training Certificate Program within 30 days of start date of position for employees working on their ServSafe Manager Certificate (ANSI)

Hourly Pay Range $18.38 - $26.65 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What You Will Do
