Job summary

Zaxbys in South Carolina is seeking energetic team members to stock, prep, cook and assemble orders while keeping a clean, safe kitchen and delivering great guest experiences.

You’ll train on the Back of House Development Plan, contribute to promotions, and help with inventory and guest service. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with flexible hours and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner
• Ensure food and beverages are handled according to safety regulations and guidelines
• Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries
• Inform management when inventory is needed
• Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely manner
• Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
