Smashburger in California is hiring a Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll be at the heart of delivering our signature experience, preparing menu items to recipe standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency, and working closely with teammates.

No experience is required—we train. You must be 16 or older, able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable in a high-heat environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
