• Maintains cleanliness and safe food handling; stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports maintenance needs.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and safety procedures.
