Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience.
• A dependable, team-oriented approach and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to communicate and work well with residents and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including every third weekend, and help keep dining services running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great meals according to menus, recipes, and residents' dietary needs.
• Create positive mealtime experiences residents look forward to.
• Support meals for celebrations, community events, and special gatherings.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety standards.
• Work with dining team and other departments to keep service running smoothly.
