Zax LLC is hiring at Zaxbys in Virginia to join our kitchen team. You will receive and stock inventory, prepare, cook and assemble menu items, keep the kitchen clean, and follow food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time hours and opportunities to advance. You’ll work with a fun team to deliver great guest experiences and learn hands-on food preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to company standards and in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Stock inventory and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely (knives, fryers, grills).
• Follow safety policies and help maintain food safety guidelines.
