Zaxbys is expanding and seeking team members in North Carolina. Cooks are responsible for creating a great guest experience by consistently serving quality food, stocking inventory, preparing, cooking and assembling orders, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized with proper food safety.

The role supports front and back-of-house operations while following standard procedures. Benefits include flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Complete all training requirements including Hands-on stations training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and keep stations stocked.
• Assist with inventory, receive deliveries and store items properly.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
