Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quality food for guests in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain grill, broiler and fryer stations per line check sheets.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete prep, freezer pull and temperature checklist sheets.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness per operating standards.
• Prioritize tasks to meet restaurant and guest needs.
