Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Sugar Land, TX is hiring entry-level Cooks to join a fast-paced kitchen team. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities to advance to Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer roles.

We welcome applicants from various prior roles and offer a supportive, upbeat environment. You will work all shifts (opening, closing, and in-between) and contribute to preparing high-quality chicken finger meals while enjoying a fun team culture and growth potential within

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Paid training provided for every new Cook.
• Opportunity for growth into advanced roles like Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.
• Must be able to work opening, closing and mid shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop; stand for long periods.
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
