Mohegan Pennsylvania is hiring a cook to craft high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, set up your station, and work with a team to deliver great guest experiences.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefits begin on the first month, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for advancement as you develop your craft.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food for service and set up your cooking station.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift.
