Zax LLC is expanding our team in Indianapolis. We are seeking team members who will provide friendly, enthusiastic service to guests, prepare menu items safely, stock inventory, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

This role supports front and back of house operations and adheres to all safety guidelines. Opportunities for advancement exist; flexible scheduling is offered with both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional bending and climbing.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; keep work areas organized.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Complete all training requirements including Back of House Development Plan.
• Support with inventory storage and routine upkeep.
