Job summary

New Horizon Foods is seeking a reliable team member to deliver bulk meals to schools and assist in kitchen tasks at our Minnesota facility. The role requires cooking experience and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

You will rotate responsibilities between meal delivery and in-kitchen duties during the week. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, the ability to stand for long periods, and the reliability to commute to and from work.

Location: St Cloud/Sauk Rapids Minnesota

We are seeking a person to deliver bulk meals to schools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work on their feet for extended periods of time. Experience in cooking and kitchen tasks is required for this position. This is also cooking in the kitchen for the other piece of business. We do two different operations at this facility and this position will include a little bit of both during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver meals in company van to different schools in the area


• Meal preparation


• Food preparation and proper storage


• Assist maintaining all health code regulations in kitchen


• Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner


• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests


• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas


• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures


• Follow our menus and recipes provided onsite

Requirements:
