Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook and driver to join our team at Eagle Ridge Conference Center. You will prepare delicious food and transport it to various locations as needed, working onsite in a full-time role.

The position requires knowledge of culinary methods, ability to operate kitchen equipment, and a focus on safe food handling, portion control, and excellent customer service. Valid driver’s license and prior high-volume cooking experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools, as well as to identify and differentiate food items.
• High-level product knowledge and the ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A valid state driver’s license for the vehicle used for transport.
• At least one year's experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch.

The Role at a glance:
