Job Details: Job Location: 7 E Washington St - Downtown Indy, IN 46204. Salary Range: $12.00 - $20.00 Hourly. Hiring: Cooks (Heart of House Team Members).

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties

Qualifications

• You are a Team player. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your team.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Passionate about food quality and consistency
• Willing to learn and jump in wherever needed
• Kitchen experience is helpful (but we can train the right person!)

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)

Preferred

• Prior experience working in restaurant or retail environment
• Food Handler Certificate

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a busy kitchen
