• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and stores food per standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor; participates in safety meetings.
• Follows HACCP standards and company policies in all tasks.
