Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions various food items with high quality.
• Prepares meals according to planned menus.
• Check food storage areas daily to ensure proper food rotation.
• Orient, supervise and evaluate production staff according to standards.
• Maintain rapport with other departments to meet residents' needs.
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and established policies.
