Focused Post Acute Care Partners seeks a Cook to join our healthcare kitchen team. You will prepare all meal items per the menu and resident diets, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifying candidates should have a ROCKSTAR attitude, English proficiency, and the ability to follow recipes and lead the team in the absence of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services. A Food Safety Manager Certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation and hygienic methods.

• One year of cooking experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all food items according to pre-determined menus, resident diets, and preferences identified on tray cards.
• Perform daily scheduled cleaning duties per sanitation, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
• Understand and execute ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving of food within the Department of Food & Nutrition Services.
• Lead the team in the Director of Food & Nutrition Services' absence.
