Job summary

Hilton seeks a Cook Assistant to support our kitchen team in delivering memorable guest experiences through fresh ingredients, proper presentation, and sanitary prep.

You will follow recipes, assist with cold prep, plating, and maintain a clean workspace while adhering to health and safety standards, with travel perks and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients – Assist with cold ingredient prep work for soups, sauces, salads, and other food items for the kitchen team according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble appealing dishes – Assist with arranging and plating dishes according to quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace – Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Comply with regulatory standards – Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
