Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer in Oregon (Tualatin) is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. This full-time role requires accurate prep, timely execution of production sheets, and adherence to safety and food-handling guidelines.

You will work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, clocking in and out, keeping the kitchen organized, sanitizing areas, and following HACCP and client standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques.
• Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and breaks.
• Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed by sheets/chefs.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Notify management of discrepancies or safety issues.
• Attend all meetings of the day.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour.Work HoursThe work hours for this position are approximately 6:00 am- 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri.Key PurposeThe Cook will accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, special/catered events.
