Job summary

Cimarron Casino in Perkins, OK is seeking a full-time Cook to master standards for all culinary workstations and ensure efficient line operations on a scheduled shift.

You will prepare, season, finish, and garnish all foods per recipes, maintain a sanitary kitchen per federal health regulations, and work as part of a team with cooks, dishwashers, supervisors and casino staff to deliver a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and one to two years’ experience in a similar capacity position.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities
