Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
• Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Must be able to use a knife safely.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
• Safeguard company assets.
• Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.

• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.
• Maintain a well-stocked and Maintained Line.
• Ensure the kitchen is stocked with fresh and properly prepped items.
• Responsible for cleanliness of all coolers. Including walk-ins and low boys.
• Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOP’s.
• Ensuring all assignments are completed each shift.
• Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency and productivity.
• Will work special events as needed.
