Prepares and cooks food for assigned area of responsibility ensuring high standards of quality, food, and presentation. Plans varied menus, estimates weekly needs, and orders food supplies and equipment. Maintains and follows department and sanitary guidelines.

Education

Certification, Registration & Licensure

None required.

Experience

Minimum of one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
