Job summary

Elior Independent School Dining is hiring an experienced cook to join the kitchen team at Carolina University in Winston-Salem, NC. The role offers exposure to a fast-paced environment where you will prepare meals, maintain quality and portion control, and contribute to a high-standard dining program.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and customer service skills.

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking focus.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must-haves:
