Job summary

Regency Grand is seeking a part-time Cook to join a residential care team in West Covina, CA. You will prepare nutritious meals, coordinate with a team, and ensure dietary needs are met for residents while maintaining a clean kitchen.

Requirements include a Food Worker Card, Serve Safe, and CPR/First Aid. The role offers weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday), 5am-1:30pm, with pay listed at $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in nutrition, food preparation, safe food handling techniques.
• Experience working in institutional cooking including mechanical, pureed, finger food and renal diets.
• Must have Food Worker Card, Serve Safe certification, and CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Cook, you’ll be working in a team environment with new challenges every day. Unlike other cooking positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day.
