Job summary

Merrill Gardens is hiring a Senior Living Cook in West Chester, PA. Shift runs from 11am to 7pm with no late nights and rotating weekends. You will prepare meals, ensure proper plating, and maintain sanitation in a friendly, resident-focused kitchen environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, culinary training or degree, and at least 2 years of experience in quality food preparation with ServSafe eligibility within 60 days. Flexible schedule required.

• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification as required by local or state agencies (within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Preparing all food items in a timely fashion.
• Visually inspecting all food to ensure readiness for proper plating.
• Maintaining kitchen sanitation according to safety standards.
• Always practicing correct food handling and food storage procedures.

Physical Requirements:
