Hazard Health & Rehabilitation Center in the United States is seeking a Cook responsible for timely meal preparation for residents, guests and staff, following recipes and menu cycles set by the Dietary Manager, and ensuring food is served at proper temperatures and presented appealingly.
The role involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining clean work areas, preventing waste, accommodating dietary and cultural preferences, and complying with state and federal regulations.
The Cookis responsible for the timely preparation of meals for residents, guests and employees that are consistent with departmental policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. This person is responsible for ensuring the food is prepared and served at the proper temperature.

High School or better.
Background or interest in dietary, culinary, or other food service.
Prior experience in food service, specifically in food preparation.
