IHOP Cooks are responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products accurately and with minimal waste. Duties include learning and applying IHOP-specific galley terminology, plating, menu items, and procedures according to company standards. They are expected to set up equipment, verify stock, and maintain a clean and sanitary work area while adhering to sanitation standards. This position requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks. IHOP Cooks must perform duties as assigned by the supervisor, following governmental and company policies. This description is not all-inclusive.
