Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks a line cook for Sea Bluffs, Ivy Signature Living, to craft meals in a premier senior living community. You will work on a fast-paced line, delivering high-quality dishes with a focus on seasonal menus and local ingredients.

The role requires 2–5 years of line experience in a scratch kitchen, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
