First Watch is hiring Back-of-the-House cooks for a breakfast, brunch, or lunch concept in a fast-paced environment. There are no night shifts, and our people-first culture empowers you to contribute with independence while delivering exceptional meals for guests.

New hires will train in a station that matches their comfort level and innate skill; you don’t need to master egg flipping to join us. We value teamwork, food safety, and fresh ingredients in a collaborative kitchen environment.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
