Geisinger in Scranton is seeking a Food Service Assistant who prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients, staff and visitors using standardized recipes. You will document preparation and usage and ensure items are wrapped, labeled and stored properly while upholding safety and sanitation standards.
Weekend and holiday rotation is required; prior food service experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is encouraged. A sign-on bonus up to $2,500 is offered to new hires.
Prepares food for patients, employees, visitors and special functions. Maintains a customer service approach at all times when fulfilling responsibilities.
