Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Cook for our Scottsdale, AZ kitchens. You will prepare and present high-quality menu items across restaurant service, breakfasts, banquets, and events, while maintaining food safety and presentation standards.

As a Cook, you’ll play an important role in delivering fresh, high‑quality meals and memorable dining experiences for our guests across restaurant service, banquets, catering, breakfast operations, and special events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, takes pride in food preparation, and loves being part of a collaborative culinary team. You’ll help prepare and present menu items with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting smooth daily kitchen operations. Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is required, other languages beneficial. Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred. Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility. Carrying, lifting or pulling items weighing up to 75 pounds. Will be required to regularly use commercial cleaning chemicals. Will be required to obtain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification. May be required to obtain a TIPS certification. Will be required to work mornings, evening, weekends, and holidays.
