Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Line Cook to join Ivy Park at Otay Ranch’s culinary team. You will work in a full scratch kitchen, delivering high-quality seasonal dishes in a resident-focused dining program.

We require 2–5 years on a fast-paced line, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. Health screenings and vaccinations may be required for safety.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years on a fast-paced line, or working a prep line.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Friendly demeanor and clear communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes on a fast-paced line.
• Maintain high quality and timely service to residents and guests.

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”


• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station


• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner


• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff


• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences


• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
