Job summary

New Horizon Foods, LLC is seeking a cook in Rochester, MN for a part-time, 20‑hour weekly schedule with no late nights and rotating weekends/holidays. The role offers a pay range of $18.50 to $21.00 per hour based on experience, with daily pay available.

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work on their feet. Experience in cooking and kitchen tasks is required, and transportation to and from work is a must.

• One year of full‑time cooking experience with business references upon request.

• Assist maintaining all health code regulations in kitchen
• Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow onsite menus & recipes provided
• Follow Directions

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to follow recipes
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work
• REQUIRED one year of Full time cooking with business references upon request
• Fast Food does NOT count towards your one year of Full time cooking experience
