Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Prescott is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our large senior living community. You will prepare high‑quality meals, follow safety regulations, and work in a fast paced kitchen to support residents’ daily living.

We offer a benefits package, flexible schedules (part‑time and full‑time), and on‑demand pay. Experience with senior dining and knowledge of special diets is a plus, with a team‑oriented environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
• Experience with special diets and large groups preferred.
• Safe food handling techniques are required.
• Ability to read and understand recipes.
• Work in a team environment.
• Work flexible shifts.
• Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.

Job Description

Our cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards. To be a successful cook, you will be quick and diligent and be able to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
