Spectrum Retirement Communities in Peoria, AZ is seeking a full-time kitchen team member to prepare high-quality meals across all kitchen stations according to standard recipes and special diet orders.

You will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food prep, inventory, and storage, ensuring leftovers are properly stored and inventories are maintained.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the other restaurant team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule

Schedule: Full-Time. 5am-1:30pm, Saturday and Sunday & 10:30am-7:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
